Ray
Ellis - Vice President and General Manager
Ray Ellis is General Manager of Cherry City
Electric, and a Vice President of our parent company, Morrow-Meadows
Corporation. Mr. Ellis began work at Morrow-Meadows Corp. as a Wireman, in
1980. He continued as a Foreman, Field Superintendent, and Contracts
Administrator, and has held his present appointment since 1994. Mr. Ellis
oversees the entire Cherry City Electric organization.

Mathew Steinbacher -
Vice President and Director of Estimating
Mr. Steinbacher supervises a
staff of five electrical and low-voltage estimators, and is responsible
for finalizing all bids for new construction. Mr. Steinbacher also works
with customers on budgets, scope review, and value engineering.

Rick Hopkins - Vice President of
Construction
Rick Hopkins directs construction contract
administration, through both direct involvement and supervision of our
Project Managers. He is actively involved in customer support and contract
execution, as well as project staffing.

Mr. Orton is responsible for the mobilization
and co-ordination of Electricians, Apprentices, and Material Handlers to
accommodate construction projects.

Development
Audie Castro is responsible for design and
coordination of design-build/design-assist projects to guarantee the most
complete scope and efficient design possible for the customer.

Ken Hamilton's responsibilities are the estimating and
project managing of all Cherry City Electric's Traffic Signal projects.

Dan Freeburg - Safety Manager
Mr. Freeburg is responsible for the overall safety
environment of all Cherry City Electric's construction sites, and all Salem
and Vancouver Service projects. Mr. Freeburg also supervises our staff of
safety personnel.

Matt Jones - Design-Development Estimator
Matt Jones is a LEED (Leadership in Energy
& Environmental Design) accredited professional. Mr. Jones is
responsible for Design Electrical System drawings based on customer
requirements and code standards.

Mike Barrett - Pre-Fab Constructability
Coordinator
Mike Barrett is responsible for evaluating projects to
identify construction assemblies that can benefit from the assistance of our
Pre-fab Department. His team performs Constructability surveys to develop
methods of streamlining our construction process and reduces time needed for
electrical installation.

Joe Janssen - Service Manager
Prior to his promotion to Service Manager,
Mr. Janssen was formerly Cherry City’s Prefab Shop Manager. His
knowledge of code requirements, craftsmanship, management, and sales is an
asset to the company and to customers.
