Rick Hopkins directs construction
contract administration, through both direct involvement and
supervision of our Project Managers. He is actively involved in
customer support and contract execution, as well as project
staffing.
Mr. Hopkins has 22 years
experience; nine as a Project Manager for a large variety of
projects, including Medical,
High-rise, High-tech, Educational and Retail, and Project
Executive with Cherry City Electric. Mr. Hopkins is responsible
for providing detailed examination of change order revisions for
schedule impact or conflict with other trades. He also provides
executive level communications with General Contractors and
Owners. Mr. Hopkins also assists Project Directors and Project
Managers with projecting monthly manpower requirements, labor
tracking and long-term cost forecasts.
