The Southwest Washington Medical Center Foundation raises funds to benefit the patients, programs and departments of the Southwest Washington Medical Center. We look forward to your participation; together we can make a difference in our community.

Funds raised from this year’s tournament will help “Take A Divot Out Of Diabetes”. The focus for Southwest Medical Center will be on the community and educating those who have financial constraints that prevent them from receiving adequate diabetes education. Each week Southwest Washington Medical Center receives calls from people within the community who are unable to afford diabetes classes. This will provide a great service for many who are struggling to make ends meet. Education will reduce the impact of diabetes in our community. Funds will be used to promote diabetes education potentially at local grocery stores, farmers markets and schools. Diabetes is a National Epidemic which effects all of us in one way or another, whether we know it or not. Education is a sure way to help “Take A Divot Out Of Diabetes”!
